Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable but can be rescheduled.
No show appointments are not refundable.
Customers with repeat no shows may be blocked from future reservations at the discretion of the owner
If we have to cancel due to maintenance, repair or unplanned issue, we will reschedule your appointment or refund your payment
